Refund Procedure
We Will Initiate The Refund, Replacement Or Exchange Process Once We Have Been Notified By Your Request To Do So. If We Have Arranged The Collection On Your Behalf, We Will Issue A Refund Less The Applicable Collection Charges Back To The Same Payment Method Used When Placing The Order.
Any Refunds Due Will Be Processed Within 14 Days By Our Team At Wholesale Baby Goods LTD As Per Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation And Additional Charges) Regulations.
How Much Does It Cost To Our Collection Service?
£ 3.50 to £ 10.00 + Vat per parcel (Small to medium sized parcels)
£35.00 to £45.00 + VAT Per Box.(large Parcel)
We Are Only Able To Collect Items From The UK Mainland.
This will be deducted from the refund totall when the returns procedure is complete.
Or we can arrange for our recommended courier to collect your items at a charge of £40.To arrange a collection please call our Customer Care team.
Once the products are returned, inspected by our returns team, a refund to the original payment method will be applied within 3 working days.

When your order is placed you will have 28 days to return this product back to ourselves, However this only applies if the product is returned back to us in its original packaging and unused.
In Order For The Product To Qualify For Full Refund, It Must Be In Its Original Condition And Packaging Unused And Resalable Condition. You May Also Be Entitled For A Free Of Charge Collection Providing The Sale Contract Is Still Valid.

- Delivery Charges Are Not Refundable For Failed Deliveries, Unwanted Items, False Claims & Accidental Damages Unless Signed Clearly "Box Damaged" Or Reported To Us Within 48 Hours Of Receipt.
- Refused parcels are charged delivery fee and return fee. The courier will return the product at our distribution centre and will add a fee of £ 11.00 if the delivery was refused or no reply received by the recipient. A delivery fee will apply also, for small parcels or products with value under £ 50.00 the return fee is £ 3.50. For products with value above £ 50.01 delivery cost of £ 7.95 (per box will apply)
