Excellent service excellent delivery, only thing that did surprise me is that the item was not wrapped so the delivery company knew what was being delivered. It was a buggy board but sometimes you just don't know 🤷🏼‍♀️

Really good for travel, quite spacious and easy to pop up and down. The only thing I would say is I purchased a comfier mattress as the one provided isn’t very comfy but all in all great travel cot

Happy with the gate, but delivery was a big problem, Hermes just left my gate on my doorstep, in full view! even though there are plenty of places to safely put a parcel, maybe you need to use a different courier. I would be hesitant to recommend or buy again just because of the courier you use.

Quality customer service. There was a delay by the deliverers but they quickly sent me another product and I got it in no time. My baby is happy and we are happy to see our little boy stroll in style
