Baby Travel promise to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Upon receiving your order can be expected to be fulfilled by 13:00 (GMT Time Zone) This means all orders placed before this time will get fulfilled and dispatched that day, All orders placed after 13:00 (GMT Time Zone) will be fulfilled and dispatched the following working day.

Our Start And Cut Off Time

We at Baby Travel provide customer care from Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (GMT Time Zone) To help with all order enquiries and more. We also have a distribution centre to deal with all your orders and shipments, These are the times our distribution centre operate Monday - Friday 07:00 - 18:00 (GMT Time Zone).

Free Delivery UK Mainland :

All products purchased from Baby Travel are delivered within the UK mainland Free Of Charge Products purchased from EU, N. Ireland, Highlands Of Scotland & British Isles Are Subject To An Additional Delivery Charge.

*Larger items such as Furniture that are processed direct from the supplier may be subject to additional shipping rates.

Choice Of Courier and Delivery

We at Baby Travel provides a choice of local couriers for you to choose from. We the courier choices of Evri, Royal Mail and Yodel.

  • All Parcels Are Delivered By Our Courier And A Clear Signature Is Required Upon Receipt.
  • We Provide A Standard Delivery Service 3-5 Working Days Applies To UK Mainland, N. Ireland.
  • We also provide an express delivery on small to medium items, Our express delivery takes up to 1-3 working days. Applies To UK Mainland, N. Ireland, Highlands And British Isles.
  • We are unable to delivery to BFPO or PO box addresses.

Dispatch And Fufillment

All orders placed are fulfilled by 13:00 (GMT Time Zone) and dispatched within 1 working day. All orders placed after our 13:00 (GMT Time Zone) will be fulfilled on our next working day, Our Distribution Centre working days are Monday - Friday 07:00 - 18:00 (GMT Time Zone). Please make sure that on your order that the correct contact details are provided on the order, Check all details are valid. This will ensure you are fully updated with the next steps of delivery stages by the courier.

 

Please note on a bank holiday both distribution centre and customer care team do not operate as well as our couriers so please expect a delay in delivery during this time period.

Accepting Your Parcel

Whether You Or A Family Member Are Awaiting For The Parcel To Arrive You Must Be Aware To Check The Parcel,Check Externally For Any Damages That May Have Been Caused In Transit. In The Event Of A Damaged Parcel You Must Sign Or Ask The Delivery Driver To Add A Note As Unchecked Damaged

Delivery Disputes

In the event of a delay or lost parcel please note an investigations with the carrier will take place this process can take up to 28 days approx. If during this time the carrier confirms a lost parcel we can arrange a replacement, however no action can be taken until the carrier has completed there investigations.

Exceptional Charges

If We Deliver To You And You Are Not Available, Our Courier Will Advice You Via Email / Text Message / Calling Card If Applicable. If The Delivery Fails Or Delivery Is Refused, The Delivery And Return Charges Are Not Refundable.

Order Check And Parcel Check

Upon ordering from us please make sure your order details are correct as we operate quickly to ensure your order gets to you swiftly this means we cannot make any changes once your order is confirmed. This including cancellation of your order and changing the delivery address or delivery option. However you maybe able to update some details or redirect your parcel with our couriers or directly.

When you have recieved your parcel please check your parcel/parcels on delivery, internally and externally and provide us a report of any damage(s) to us within 2 days.

3rd Party Collections

With Baby Travel Prior To Collection From Yourself Are Charged, £ 12.00 Inc. Vat Large Size Parcels Are Charged £ 35 -£45 +vat Per Box.

Additional Fees:

  • Delivery Charges Are Not Refundable For Failed Deliveries, Unwanted Items, False Claims & Accidental Damages Unless Signed Clearly "Box Damaged" Or Reported To Us Within The Specified Time.
  • Collection Charges Are Not Refundable For Unwanted Items, False Claims & Accidental Damages Unless Proved Otherwise By The Customer. (Following Verification By Our Service Centre)
